I bought Sandfall Complete on another device. How do I get it here?

Open Sandfall, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. If Family Sharing is on, family members can restore it the same way.

How do I remove ads?

Buying Sandfall Complete removes every ad and unlocks making your own pictures from photos and drawings.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, go to Settings › Ad privacy › Privacy options for ads. Elsewhere, Sandfall shows only non-personalized ads, so there is no choice to change. See our privacy policy for details.

Are my paintings backed up?

Your paintings and progress are stored on your device and included in your iPhone's regular backup. Deleting Sandfall deletes them.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
